For current users of Megaphone wanting to include their account data in Pressboard reports, the steps outlined below can be followed.
What are the requirements for enabling this Integration?
Users must have an Enterprise-level license with Megaphone. We suggest checking with your admin on this before engaging with us to enable the service.
What's involved in activating the integration on Data Sources?
- Get in touch with us about activating the service with Megaphone.
- Our Product Team will create an S3 bucket exclusively for your Megaphone account data and proceed to share with you the credentials of the S3 bucket
- You are required to share with Megaphone Support team these credentials; notify Megaphone via Live Chat or email (support-megaphone@spotify.com) who will provide a link to 1Password where you can securely upload the credentials. - After Megaphone receives the credentials, they will confirm that they have proper access to the bucket and activate the metrics export.
- Pressboard will confirm there are receiving the files from Megaphone and finalise the connection in Data Sources.
