We're excited to share the latest enhancements and new integrations rolled out in our November 2025 platform update. These features are designed to give you more control over your data, deepen your campaign insights, and improve overall security.

1. Analytics & Integrations

 YouTube Shorts Support

You can now seamlessly track results for YouTube Shorts. Simply add the Shorts content ID, just as you would for a standard YouTube video report, and the API will return the corresponding metrics.

 Megaphone Ads

We have expanded our multimedia analytics offerings with the addition of Megaphone, our podcast ad analytics integration. This allows users to centralise and isolate campaign results across different media types in one place. Admin users can activate this integration by adding the required API Key and credentials within Pressboard's Data Sources.

Integration Requirements:

Clients must have an Enterprise account with Megaphone to proceed. Once this prerequisite is met, the following steps are necessary:

  1. Pressboard Setup: Pressboard will set up a dedicated S3 bucket.
  2. Megaphone Data Transfer: Megaphone is required to start sending files to the designated S3 bucket.
  3. Credential Entry: API credentials must be added to the data sources within the Pressboard Account.

Please Note: Data will only become available starting from the point when Megaphone successfully begins transferring files to the S3 bucket. According to the latest Megaphone documentation, data will only be pushed from the date of setup forward and does not include backfill.

  HubSpot Campaigns Insights

Our email marketing analytics suite has grown with the availability of HubSpot Campaign Insights. Admin users can activate this integration by adding the necessary Access Token to Pressboard’s Data Sources.

Please note: This integration requires the creation of a separate "App" in HubSpot dedicated to Pressboard's access to the Marketing Emails V3 API. This API integration requires the following scopes to be granted: [content], [marketing-email] & [transactional-email]. To activate the integration in your account, simply generate and apply the 'Access Token' associated with Pressboard "App" in your HubSpot account


 Brightcove Video Analytics

Gain deeper insight into your video performance with the introduction of our Brightcove Integration. To connect this data source, please contact your Brightcove Customer Support representative to provide the required one-time client secret credentials.

Please note: This feature is exclusively available to Professional and Enterprise accounts. Please refer to this documentation, or contact your Brightcove Support representative to have this information generated.

 


2. Security Enhancement

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

To enhance the security of your data and platform access, we have introduced Two-Factor Authentication. While currently optional, 2FA will become mandatory for all users in the new year. Both the account admin and individual users will need to take action. For setup instructions, please refer to our guide here.

3. Tracking & Data Management

Goal Tracking Admin 

We've updated the goal tracking functionality at the account level. Admin users can now add goal pacing targets, which determine whether a campaign is pacing as expected (Green: On Track), under pacing (Orange: Warning) or (Red: Danger Zone).

You can configure the progress bar by sliding the percentages between -100% to 100%. For example, you can set the marker so that campaigns -10% or below expected pacing are flagged in the danger zone (Red), while campaigns 55% + from expected pacing appear as Green. 


Please note:This configuration is applied at the account level and will affect all campaigns across the entire account.


Data Source Archive Function

Admin users now have the ability to manage their data sources more effectively by using the new archive function for expired or inactive sources. Data sources can also be unarchived if needed.

Please note: Once all connections for a given data source are archived, that data source will no longer appear in the Add Report drop-down menu at the story level.

'Property Name' dimension added to Pressboard Link Export function

We've enhanced the Pressboard Links export mapping function to now include a Property Name column. This makes it easier to associate Pressboard tracking links with the correct stories and properties when sharing internally for tracking implementation.

4. New Metric

  Facebook Ad Set Lifetime Reach

Our product team has released an updated metric called Facebook Ad Set Lifetime Reach to more accurately reflect the reach data you see in Ads Manager. This new metric should provide figures closer to your native Meta reporting for FB Ad campaigns. If this metric is not visible in your account, please reach out to your Customer Success representative to have it enabled.
