This form is designed for efficiency, capturing all necessary details in a structured way for our CS and product teams. This speeds up the review process and ensures we fully understand your request for a new feature or new data integration.
How Requests Are Reviewed:
While all requests are welcome, the review process is based on the following criteria:
- Product Strategy: Does the request align with Pressboard's overall product roadmap, goals, and vision for the future?
- Technical Feasibility (API Availability): Can the integration be executed, dependent on the target platform providing a stable and accessible API (Application Programming Interface)?
- Level of Demand: What is the interest and potential impact across our user base? We prioritize requests that deliver the most value to the Pressboard community.
Submission Notes & Required Information:
To help us review your request quickly and thoroughly, please include:
- Sample Report: Attach a sample report showcasing desired metrics/dimensions.
- Supporting Files: Include documentation, screenshots, or diagrams that illustrate your request.
- Developer Documentation & API Credentials: Your vendor's support team can often help source these.
IMPORTANT: Securely Sharing API Credentials:
API credentials (Tokens, Secrets, etc.) must be shared securely.
DO NOT include them directly in the form or attached documents. You will be asked to request a YoPass link from your Customer Success representative at a later stage to share these details safely.
